What You Can Expect in a Deep Heart Reading
Deep Heart Readings are either 30 minutes or 60 minutes long.
I always start the Deep Heart Reading with a discussion with you, to hear what it is you want from our session, so I can focus the reading on your needs. From there, I guide a short attunement to the heart, to bring that loving grace into our session (listen to the free heart attunement download to hear what this is like, although I always customize this attunement for you in your reading.)
In the clear, graceful flow of the heart I look into your soul and auric colors to gain the information, the insights and the understanding you seek, and tell you what is revealed there. I help you see, feel and know your deep inner heart. When you experience it, you will never forget that place in your consciousness!
At any time during our session, I welcome your thoughts and reflections about what is given, so we can explore anything further that is needed.
In the last part of our session, if you are looking to create personal change, or want healing or release, I will provide practical exercises you can do to bring about these effects. These are completely customized to suit you, your needs, and your current situation, and will not interfere with any religious or spiritual practice you may currently follow. My approach is completely universal.
By Phone or Skype
I conduct Deep Heart Readings by phone or Skype. You just need a comfortable chair in which to sit, next to your phone or computer. I will call you, so when you have made a booking I will ask you to provide me with your phone number or Skype address.
I do not need to be in the same room as you in order to see the light of your soul and aura; inner sight does not have the same boundaries as physical sight, and distance has no effect.
What You Receive in a Deep Heart Reading
A recording is available for 30 minute readings, and is included in 60 minute readings, because I know how hard it is to remember what is said in a session, and most clients tell me they gain great value in listening to their reading again and again. The recording includes the attunement, the insights, and any practical exercises I have given you to continue your positive change, healing and release.
An optional extra is to receive a drawing of your aura showing the colors, qualities and gifts that shine within you.

Helping You on Your Heart Journey
If you wish to continue your heart journey following your Deep Heart Reading, I will provide you with a heart-development program to work with until our next session. How often we connect is determined by you to suit your needs and how you want to proceed. Typically, it may be once per fortnight, or once per month, to keep the flow going.
At each session, I will
- review your progress with you,
- explore in greater depth the issues you are working with, or go into others that may have arisen on your journey of change
- continue to help you see and understand the light and flow from your deep heart, and what it means, and
- give you customized practical exercises to continue your growth and development.
Deep Heart Healing
A follow-up session may also be a Deep Heart Healing. Deep Heart Healing is a personal, guided healing visualization to take you deeply into the healing grace you need, and to create the positive changes you seek. The Deep Heart Healing is recorded on CD, so that you can repeat the healing and continue to gain the benefits after our session.
