Notice how flowers radiate life's joy? Have you seen your heart's radiant petals? Always there, always radiating - but you have to stop & look!
I've seen so many people walk right by the most exquisite flower, and not even notice. Or see it as if it's just another advertisement banner - color, without meaning.
I sat in a park a little while back, and went to smell a flower. Someone sitting nearby asked me what it smelled like - and exclaimed that he had never thought to smell the flowers.
Make it a habit - stop and notice!

If there are no flowers, look for the other expressions of nature's joy of life. Green leaves, a tree that has seen generations come and go. Even the small plant bursting forth from a tiny crack in the pavement or parched earth - notice how full of life force it is!
Look with joy.
It only takes seconds, but isn't this a good pause to remember that there is something else in your day, that you share your world with so many beautiful things? Life itself?
Stop and smell the fragrance of Earth's joy - shining through flowers in all the colors, shades and shapes.
Stop, even if just for a few seconds, every time you see something beautiful. Let it touch your heart.
Remember, you have that inside you.
