About Me - How did I get here?!
I am an ordained spiritual minister, author, teacher and healer with over 30 years experience, training and education in heart-focussed divine wisdom. My path, wisdom and passion is steeped in the lineage of theosophy, with a deep emphasis on practical ways to use the wisdom to build with light, create heart and bring about positive change - personally and globally. I am also a business change consultant. I use all my skills and training in everything I do!
I grew up in Australia, and have always loved everything in nature and the world around me. My hometown was Melbourne, where I went to school and university, and completed my science degree - and I still love science! True science, that is, the science that seeks to know without prejudice, that explores the world as a place to learn rather than an object to control. without the limitations we see too often these days. I have lived in Australia, Europe, US, run retreats and programs all over our world. I love this Earth!
Throughout my life I have been highly attuned to the inner worlds and their expression. I have sought the nourishing embrace and living light of special places from when I was really little - now I look back and know I was seeking to be in the presence of angels and beings of light. I needed it, my early life wasn't fun - I was an only (lonely) child with a sad and overworked single mum, and had to find my own places of solace and love.
As an adult, my appreciation of special places and deep knowing of inner light have led me on a wonderfully enriching journey of learning and personal growth. Since 1985 I have learned and taught meditation and divine wisdom of the heart, given personal healings and conducted Earth-healing services. I have developed and expanded my intuitive knowing through many, many years of spiritual training, healing and service, becoming more and more conscious of what I see, feel, hear, and know. I am highly clairvoyant, clairaudient and clairniscient, and communicate actively with angels and beings on the inner levels when called for and appropriate (there is a time and place for everything!). I am passionate about growing and continually unfolding my consciousness, and making my difference in our amazing world. I feel blessed to have these gifts, and work as consciously as I can to use them in service to upstairs. Whoever, however or whatever you see that to be - there is just One Heart radiating on all life! Like a diamond, you might see different colors if you look from different angles ... but there is just one source of light!
Together with my husband, I have run spiritual retreats, courses and workshops, taught the divine wisdom and given healings in Australia, USA, Canada and across Europe. We run Deep Heart Retreats at Uluru in central Australia, amazing Renewal Journeys in the magic of Iceland, awakening courses in US and Europe. We go wherever we are called to work! All my spiritual understanding and knowledge, everything I have learned and experienced and deepened in my consciousness through my own journey - this is what I share with you. I am pragmatic and down to earth, and seek to make things meaningful for life as it is now, for where you are now - not as it could be in Utopia, or with the fluff and glamours you sometimes find spinning around under the guise of 'spiritual' :)

My Values and Beliefs
- Your personal session is completely confidential and private.
- I am highly clairvoyant but I do not look into anyone’s aura and light at any time, unless I am explicitly asked to do so by the person seeking advice (ie, in a reading). It is unethical to look without permission.
- I believe in the One Heart, Spirit, God, the Light, the One Source, the Divine Presence. To me, the name does not matter. I believe this profound, intelligent grace pours down upon Earth and humanity in many streams, providing many paths and practices by which to reach, touch and uplift humanity across the multitude of human expressions and experiences in our world.
- I honor all paths and practices, as every path that helps a person find the one source of love and light is as there are people.
My education and qualifications
School of Divinity and Wisdom: A 7-year education and training in the divine wisdom, spiritual healing and ministry through Shan the Rising Light and the Theosophical Fellowship, foci of the ancient lineage of the divine wisdom, now bringing this wisdom through the heart.
Certified Udâna Therapist: A 5-year education and practical training to know and heal with the light and love of the 7 Rays, the rays of light from the One Heart, to bring new life, clear blockages and awaken heart consciousness.
ThetaHealing practitioner: Certified Basic and Advanced ThetaHealing practitioner, and ThetaHealing Teacher.
Ordained Minister in the Church of the Resurrected Life, a focus dedicated to Earth-healing and personal healing in the light of the Great Masters of Wisdom and the One Heart, and the lineage of the ageless divine wisdom.
Bachelor of Science, University of Melbourne where I first studied zoology and biological sciences, then switched streams to major in human movement studies (which is like physical education, without the teacher training).
Senior Business Consultant – available for business reform consultation! As a senior business consultant, I have managed business reform for international development organizations, government and the private sector for many years through my professional own consulting company. I include this because nothing in life is wasted! I use my analytical skills all the time in my spiritual work, and vice versa – my spiritual insights give me an invaluable perspective and discerning ability to work with both the holistic and detailed views needed to achieve positive business reform. Prayers, decrees and affirmations are age-old, universal tools for creating positive change in you, and in our world. So is meditation, but you can find all about that in the Meditation section of this website.
When you give your intent to any spiritual practice, you create positive energy. Any time of day or night, our attunement and wish for positive effects facilitates the descent of light and healing. The more we give our intent to this, no matter what our religion, belief or race, the more can be done.

How to work with these prayers, decress and affirmations
- Choose the energy or effect you are seeking - whether transformation, healing, forgiveness, upliftment, etc.
- Repeat one or more for some minutes each day, either out loud or silently within.
If you wish to use more than one decree, take at least some minutes on each so you can build up the energy and absorb the effects before you use another. In general, don't mix too many energies together at the one time. - You can sit quietly and meditatively while you say them, or say them while walking or doing other light activities that don't require your full concentration. They are great to use when you are in shopping centers or busy places, to help sustain your inner light and protect you!
- It is good to visualise what you are asking for in the words, or at least imagine the appropriate colour of light being around you, as that will strengthen the effect. However, don't worry if you do not see anything. If you put your intent into it, it is as good as seeing it and the effects will come.
- Be sure NEVER to use these tools when you are driving a car, or doing activities that really require your full attention! They do affect your consciousness, and may cause you to be distracted.
Just 5-10 minutes work each day can help you transform and heal limitations and patterns you want to change, and build up positive energy in your life.
All the energies you can call upon with these decrees, prayers and affirmations have healing effects. Try them out, and learn what helps you the most in the different situations of your life. Use of these energy tools will help you strengthen your own insight and understanding of how to work with the colours of the heart.
Spirit of Resurrection decrees to uplift
The Spirit of Resurrection is a great angel bringing the flow of cosmic heart. Invoke this uplifting light whenever you need. Repeat one or more sentences and visualise pearlescent light fill you/others/the Earth:

Healing Invocation and Prayer
Holy Mother, Holy Father, heal me now, remove all that is other - that does not want healing, that does not want light. I have erred, I have hurt, I have not shared your light - and thus I hold the burdens to me of unworthiness, guilt and pain.
Please heal this pain, please encompass my guilt in your loving forgiveness, and release these tight binds of energy back to the free flowing waters of feelings divine, that I may be a radiant being in your service - in your stream of love and joy supernal, free flowing into the Earth to heal, to heal the Earth and all humankind.

Keep Balanced in Your Spiritual Practice!

Relationships are the greatest gift of the heart – they give us love and nourishment, connection to the world, and profound opportunities to experience extraordinary personal growth!
- We are part of many relationships in life. We have relationships with parents, with family, partner and perhaps kids. We have relationships with friends, with people at work, our boss, employees. We have relationships with animals too! All are important and meaningful in our lives.
